the Chi Machine has done for me within the space of just over 4
weeks is unbelievable!! For the first 3 weeks I used it for 2/3
minutes 4 times a day; now I use it for 5 minutes twice a day. The
most noticeable changes are that I am now able to raise my arms
over my head - something I haven`t been able to do for a few years.
